RFP for Contract Mount Maker for Vietnam Exhibit at Soldier's Memorial Military Museum, St. Louis, Missouri
The Soldier's Memorial Military Museum of the Missouri Historical Society in St. Louis, Missouri is looking for a contract mount maker to assist the staff mount maker with the fabrication and finishing of mounts for loaned objects for our upcoming exhibit Vietnam: At War and At Home. Included with the request for proposals (RFP) is an objects list containing object dimensions, descriptions, and mount recommendations.
This RFP is for contract work only, and will not be considered as a staff position with the institution. The successful applicant will need to provide their own tools and work space, and will need to purchase their own materials necessary to complete this job. The timeline and scope of work are all outlined in the included RFP.
