The 10th International Mountmakers Forum
"Back to Basics, Outside the Box"
will be held November 3-5, 2026 in San Francisco, California
at the Asian Art Museum.
Our theme for IMF2026 is “Back to Basics, Outside the Box."
We hope it will draw topics fundamental to exhibition mountmaking as well as more creative and innovative solutions and techniques that build on those principles.
REGISTRATION
IN-PERSON
$200 for in-person November 3-5, 2026.
This includes two days of talks, posters, and demonstrations. Refreshments and a light meal will be provided on November 3-4, 2026. The third day is dedicated to tours of mountmaking facilities at local museums.
VIRTUAL
$100 for virtual attendees.
This includes access to live talks and participation in question-and-answer sessions.
Registration will close October 19th.
