TUESDAY
SEPTEMBER 10
A boxed lunch (sandwich, chips, cookie, fruit) will be provided at no additional cost as the Museum is closed to the public that day. Everyone is on their own for dinner after the day’s talks end. Light breakfast reception & afternoon coffee break are also provided at no additional cost.
SEPTEMBER 11
WEDNESDAY
No lunch provided (there are dining options open at the Museum and guests can also go out to nearby restaurants on their own). A boat tour reception (cruising the Charles River) with light bites is planned in the evening; it is free but capacity is limited to 100. Light breakfast reception & afternoon coffee break are also provided at no additional cost.
SEPTEMBER 12
THURSDAY
No meals provided. We are planning free tours of conservation labs & mountmaking shops at the Museum in the morning & a free tour at Harvard Art Museums in the afternoon. Tours will likely include visits to see the art study center, mountmaking shops, & mount highlights in an ongoing exhibition.
